Monthly services are billed month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You may cancel ongoing monthly services with at least 30 days' notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the month in which they are charged. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others.
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and required materials (logos, photos, content) as needed for us to deliver your services. Delays caused by missing client materials may extend project timelines.
Upon full payment, you own the final website content and design. We retain ownership of underlying templates, automation frameworks, and proprietary tools used to deliver the services. We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Our services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., domain registrars, hosting, SMS gateway, CRM). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or fees imposed by those providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelion Group LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profits damages. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a specific number of leads or revenue).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurelion Group LLC from any claims arising out of content you provide to us, your use of the services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Aurelion Group LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
